Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, testing conditions, safety requirements, determination of simulated loads, testing equipment requirements and testing procedures for the wind resistance and anti-skid performance testing of rail-mounted port loading and unloading machinery. This standard is applicable to the testing of the anti-slip performance of track-type port loading and unloading machinery operating in the open air along the length of the track under wind load.
