Scope

This standard specifies the atomic force microscopy method for determining the Young's modulus of graphene films. This standard is applicable to the determination test of the Young's modulus of graphene films fixed on a substrate with a Young's modulus value less than 100GPa, and the total height of the sample within the substrate is not greater than 5mm. The determination of other graphene film materials can refer to implement.
