This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters, basic requirements, technical requirements, test requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage, and quality commitments of three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors). This standard applies to three-phase asynchronous motors (frame sizes 56 to 355).
