This document is based on GB/T778-2018 "Drinking Cold Water Meters and Hot Water Meters", CJJ/T271 "Technical Standard for Online Monitoring of Urban Water Supply Water Quality" and other standards, aiming to provide cost-effective water quantity, water pressure, and water quality for the refined management of water supply enterprises. The definition, type requirements, performance requirements and functional requirements of multi-parameter smart water meters that integrate real-time big data such as water temperature and water temperature and the measured water samples are not discharged are specified in detail.
