- This standard is applicable to environmental risk assessment of industrial parks where sudden environmental incidents may occur. Applicable objects are industrial parks approved by the people's governments at or above the districted municipal level that involve the production, processing, use, storage or release of environmental risk substances. This standard does not apply to risk assessment of nuclear and radiation, biological species safety, and marine environmental emergencies occurring in industrial parks.
