Scope: 1.1 This specification covers manually fed, spray-type stationary rack, automatically controlled, water-driven rotary spray commercial pot, pan, and utensil washing machines, herein referred to as “the washer.” 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard.
