- This document stipulates the establishment requirements, quality assurance system, activation procedures and acceptance assessment of water conservancy project quality inspection construction site laboratories. This document is applicable to the construction site laboratory setup and management work carried out by construction units, supervision units and project legal persons of new construction, expansion, reconstruction and reinforcement projects of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects. It can be used as a reference for other water conservancy project construction projects.
