- This standard specifies the nitrofuran metabolites (3-amino-2-oxazolidinone, 5-morpholinomethyl-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone, 1-amino-hydantoin, Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of semicarbazide) residues. This standard applies to nitrofuran metabolites (3amino2oxazolidone, 5morpholinomethyl3amino2oxazolidinyl) in pet feed made from animal-derived ingredients as the main raw materials Determination of residual amounts of ketone, 1-amino-hydantoin, semicarbazide). The detection limit of this standard is 0.25μg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.5μg/kg.
