This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic structure, classification, functional requirements, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electric vehicle DC chargers (hereinafter referred to as chargers). This document applies to electric vehicle DC chargers that use conductive charging. The maximum rated voltage of the power supply is 1000VAC or 1500VDC, and the maximum rated output voltage is 1500VDC. Unless otherwise specified, "electric vehicle DC charger" in this document refers to "electric vehicle off-board charger".
