This document specifies the level, technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method of the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of sodium gluconate. This document is applicable to the energy consumption calculation and assessment of production enterprises that use starch as raw material to produce sodium gluconate by fermentation method, enzymatic method, or glucose as raw material by catalytic oxidation method, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
