Scope

This standard specifies the design principles, primary electrical design, secondary electrical design, system integration design, etc. of mobile electrochemical energy storage systems. This standard is applicable to mobile electrochemical energy storage systems with interface voltage levels of 380V~35kV. Other interface voltage levels can be implemented as a reference.
