This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitments of electric strollers. This standard applies to electric strollers designed or intended for use by children under 14 years of age. This standard does not apply to electric strollers for the following purposes:
——Electric strollers for special purposes, such as electric strollers for beaches and competitions;
——Electric strollers for public places and commercial purposes, such as electric strollers used in children's playgrounds.
