Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption per unit product of central heating steam (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of regional centralized heating steam produced by industrial boilers for heat supply and steam produced by cogeneration of thermal power plants, as well as the energy consumption control of new and expanded projects.
