This document stipulates the basic requirements, equipment and facilities, operation and maintenance, emergency response and other related requirements and precautions for the safe operation of the PEM electrolysis water hydrogen production system. This document is applicable to the safe operation of medium-sized and above PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production systems. PEM electrolysis water hydrogen production system refers to equipment that uses proton exchange membrane technology to electrolyze water to produce hydrogen and oxygen. According to its model size, it is divided into small PEM hydrogen generator (hydrogen production <1Nm3/h), medium-sized PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment (1Nm3/h ≤ hydrogen production ≤ 100Nm3) and large PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment (hydrogen production Amount>100Nm3/h).
