Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, testing conditions, records, and testing methods for lithium-ion power battery systems for electric vehicles in use (hereinafter referred to as "power battery systems"). This document is applicable to the testing of power battery systems without dismantling the vehicle or changing the control strategy. Other types of battery systems shall be implemented as a reference.
