This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates, transportation and storage of borate-impregnated anti-oxidation graphite electrodes. This document applies to anti-oxidation graphite electrodes made from mechanically processed graphite electrodes as substrates and impregnated with borate, and used as conductive materials in power arc furnaces.
