Scope
This document stipulates the evaluation requirements for oyster sauce green design products, and describes the life cycle assessment report preparation method and evaluation method. This document is applicable to the green design product evaluation of oyster sauce made by concentrating the steamed/boiled oyster juice, adding sugar, salt, starch or modified starch and other raw materials, supplemented by other ingredients and food additives.
