- This document specifies the technical requirements for the connection and power system of onshore wind farms. This document is applicable to newly built or reconstructed (expanded) onshore wind farms connected to the power system through 110 (66) KV and above voltage level lines. For onshore wind farms connected to the power system through other voltage levels, refer to the implementation.
