Scope
This standard specifies methods for determining the content of alkaline orange, alkaline bright yellow O and alkaline pink T in food by high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of alkaline orange, alkaline bright yellow O and alkaline pink T in candied fruits, aquatic products, soy products, edible fungi, roasted seeds and nuts, and solid condiments. The detection limit of this standard high performance liquid chromatography is: alkaline orange 0.02mg/kg; alkaline bright yellow O0.03mg/kg; alkaline pink T0.004mg/kg; the quantification limit is: alkaline orange 0.06mg/kg; Alkaline bright yellow O0.1mg/kg; alkaline pink T0.02mg/kg. The detection limit of this standard liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is: basic orange 0.6 μg/kg; basic bright yellow O 0.3 μg/kg; basic pink T 0.7 μg/kg; the quantitation limit: basic orange 2 μg/kg ;Alkaline bright yellow O1μg/kg; alkaline pink T2μg/kg.
