This document specifies the standard electric power value, environmental conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, documents and packaging of Class B three-phase smart energy meters. This document is applicable to the power industry standard for measuring AC electric energy with a nominal frequency of 50Hz (or 60Hz) and an accuracy level of Class B, static three-phase smart energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "electrical energy meters").
