- This specification is formulated in order to implement the laws, regulations, guidelines and policies for the development of the coal industry, promote the application of advanced technology and practical experience, improve the economic benefits of coal preparation plant construction, and promote the modernization of coal preparation plant construction. This specification is applicable to the design of new construction and expansion projects of large and medium-sized coal preparation plants and screening plants (collectively referred to as coal preparation plants).
