This chapter specifies the basic parameters of TFT-LCD automatic optical inspection equipment. It stipulates the specific parameter requirements for TFT-LCD size, overall machine sensitivity, detection rhythm, X-axis (substrate), Y-axis (optical head), and Z-axis (AF) of each generation of machines. It also stipulates the requirements for grounding, switches and buttons on the control panel, text, symbols and signs describing functions, electrical strength, insulation performance of the complete machine, appearance, and continuous operation.
