- This standard specifies test methods for crude oil dehydration using pressure kettles. This standard applies to all kinds of water-containing crude oil. The processing capacity at one time is 1~5kg. The water content in crude oil after dehydration is expressed as mass fraction, which can be less than 0.5%. This standard does not address all safety issues relevant to its application. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health measures and to clarify its restricted scope of application before use.
