Scope
This standard specifies the qualitative PCR detection method for genetically modified plant ingredients in food. This standard applies to crops made from genetically modified soybeans (Roundup Ready), corn (Bt 176, Bt 11, Mon 810, T14/T25, GA21, CBH-351), tomatoes (Zeneca@), potatoes (NewLeaf Y), rapeseed and cottonseed. Detection of genetically modified ingredients in processed food semi-finished products, finished food products and food additives processed from these six raw materials.
