- This regulation should be implemented with the cooperation of process, equipment, electrical and other professionals, and comprehensive consideration should be taken to take effective measures to prevent electrostatic hazards. During the production process, reduce the generation of static charges, accelerate the dissipation of static electricity, and reduce the hazards of static electricity. These regulations apply to new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects of crude oil, gas and by-products (stabilized light hydrocarbons, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.) in onshore oil fields.
