- This document stipulates the evaluation process, evaluation samples, evaluation elements, evaluation methods, evaluation conclusions, evaluation reports, etc. of the solid waste fuel performance evaluation rules for boilers. This document is applicable to the fuel performance evaluation of solid waste used in coal-fired solid waste boilers, pure biomass-fired boilers, waste incineration power generation boilers and other boilers, as well as the fuel for the coordinated disposal of solid waste in cement kilns and the disposal of solid waste in incinerators. Performance evaluation refers to the implementation. This document is not applicable to fuel performance evaluation of hazardous waste and biomass briquette fuels.
