Scope
This standard specifies the maximum allowable emission concentration limits and smoke blackness limits for particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, mercury and its compounds, and carbon monoxide in boiler flue gas in Chengdu. This standard applies to coal-, oil-, gas- and biomass-fired steam boilers with a single output of 65t/h and below, hot water boilers above 70KW, steam-water dual-purpose boilers of various capacities, hot blast stoves and organic heat carrier boilers. ; Layer burning furnaces and stoker furnaces of various capacities. Boilers that use briquettes, coal-water slurry, coal gangue, petroleum coke, oil shale, etc. shall refer to the emission control requirements of coal-fired boilers in this standard. Boilers that use other liquid fuels such as heavy oil, residual oil, light diesel, alcohol ether fuel (such as methanol, ethanol, dimethyl ether, etc.) shall refer to the emission control requirements of oil-fired boilers in this standard. Boilers that use blast furnace gas, coke oven gas and other gaseous fuels shall refer to the emission control requirements for gas boilers in this standard. This standard does not apply to boilers that use domestic garbage, sludge, and hazardous waste as fuel. This standard applies to the air pollutant emission management of boilers in use in Chengdu, as well as the environmental impact assessment of boiler construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities, the issuance of emission permits and the management of air pollutant emissions after production.
