DBS45/ 044-2017 Local Food Safety Standard for Instant Sugarcane Powder DBS45/ 044-2017 Local Food Safety Standard for Instant Sugarcane Powder This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing processes, inspection methods, and Inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard is applicable to sugar palm starch made from the trunk pith of the sugar palm tree as raw material through crushing, slag removal, precipitation, filtration, drying and other processes, with or without the addition of sugar or other auxiliary materials, and through mixing, crushing, drying and other processes. Ready-to-eat brewed products.
