Purpose and scope of application. Under the condition that the temperature around the calorimeter remains unchanged, the temperature change of the cementitious material in the calorimeter is directly measured, and the sum of the heat accumulated and lost in the calorimeter is calculated to obtain the hydration heat of the cementitious material. This method is suitable for determining the hydration heat of cementitious materials within 7 days.
