Terms and definitions Solid dairy products made from dairy products as the main raw material, adding auxiliary materials, and processed by vacuum freeze-drying (referred to as freeze-drying). 3. Product classification is divided into two categories based on the raw materials and processes of freeze-dried milk-containing solid molded products: freeze-dried fermented dairy products and freeze-dried flavored dairy products.
