Scope

This document specifies the materials, markings, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets (hereinafter referred to as sheets) for building sliding bearings. This document applies to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets for building sliding bearings. This document does not apply to slide plates for bridge supports.
