Scope

This document stipulates the terms and definitions of Chun'an freshwater fish, basic quality requirements, post-catch pre-treatment packaging labeling, storage and preservation, transportation management, sales and other circulation technical requirements. It can be used for silver carp, bighead carp, mandarin fish, grass carp, and crucian carp. Other fish species can be implemented accordingly.
