- This standard applies to special communication equipment for dispatch telephone switchboards used for dispatch and command in fixed indoor facilities on the ground. This standard does not apply to dispatch telephone switchboard communication equipment in special environments (such as high temperature, high humidity, corrosion and explosion). This standard is formulated with reference to FOCT15903-78 "General Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Dispatching Telephone Communication Equipment".
