- This document stipulates the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitments for polymeric grade styrene. This document applies to polymer grade styrene produced by the styrene-propylene oxide co-production process and the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation process. The structural formula of styrene: C6H5—CH=CH2, relative molecular mass: 104.15 (according to the 2018 international relative atomic mass).
