Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the vacuum outgassing performance of graphite emulsion used in vacuum electronic devices. This standard is applicable to the dynamic testing of the outgassing rate, outgassing amount and outgassing components of the gases produced by thermal desorption and decomposition of graphite emulsion used in vacuum electronic devices in a vacuum environment.
