This document stipulates the technical requirements for the incineration inspection process and safety assessment of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. This document applies to refillable cylinders with a nominal working pressure not exceeding 2.1MPa, a nominal water volume not exceeding 150L, a storage medium of liquefied petroleum gas, and an operating temperature not lower than -40°C and not higher than 60°C. Carry out liquefied petroleum gas cylinder inspection and incineration experiments and compare them. When different incineration parameters (temperature, time, incineration method, residual liquid concentration) are set, the impact of incineration on the structure, performance and safety of the cylinder material will be obtained. Relevant experimental data will be obtained and the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder will be completed. Table of recommended parameters for gas cylinder incineration. And based on a large amount of experimental data, a set of safety evaluation methods for incineration processes was developed.
