- This standard specifies the basic technical parameters of a color television broadcast receiver that receives analog television broadcast signals and uses cathode ray tube display. This standard applies to color TVs with multi-standard, multi-function, frequency doubling scanning and other uses, and a picture tube screen size of not less than 37cm. It is the basis for formulating product standards and inspecting products. Color TVs with screen sizes below 37cm can be used as a reference when formulating product standards and inspecting product quality. Note: The picture tube screen size refers to the diagonal size including the picture tube glass bulb.
