Scope

This standard is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of the epoxy coal pitch anti-corrosion layer on the outer wall of buried steel pipelines whose transmission medium temperature does not exceed 110°C. When using epoxy coal pitch anti-corrosion layer for steel storage tanks, please refer to the implementation.
