Scope

This specification stipulates the general provisions for construction quality supervision and inspection of water conservancy projects, inspection plans, witness sampling, follow-up inspection, parallel inspection, and analysis and application of inspection results. This specification applies to reservoir projects, river projects, embankment projects above grade 4, culvert projects above grade IV, pump station projects above grade IV, and ship lock projects above grade VI within Jiangsu Province. Other small water conservancy projects can be implemented as a reference.
