Scope

This standard specifies the spectrophotometric method for the determination of thiocyanate in urine. The minimum detection concentration of this method is 1 mg/L. This standard is applicable to the determination of thiocyanate in urine of normal people and workers exposed to inorganic cyanide and organic cyanide.
