- Scope
- This standard specifies measurement methods for single-channel single-carrier phase-shift keying (SCPC-PSK) terminal equipment using PCM encoding. SCPCPSK terminals can be used in pre-allocated mode, or can be used in Demand Assigned Multiple Access (DAMA) networks. The measurement methods given in this standard are applicable to SCPC-PSK equipment used in international satellite systems. Moreover, most of the measurement methods are also applicable to SCPC-PSK terminal equipment used in domestic or regional satellite systems.
