Scope

This standard specifies the spectrophotometric method for the determination of δ-aminolevulinic acid (δ-ALA) in urine. The lowest detection concentration is 0.3 mg/L. This standard is applicable to the determination of δ-AIA concentration in urine of normal people and workers exposed to lead.
