- This standard specifies the product model, structure and composition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage requirements for optical cable line monitoring tail cables. This standard is applicable to optical cable line monitoring tail cables for monitoring the ground insulation of the optical cable metal sheath and monitoring the sealing performance of the optical cable connector box. Unless otherwise specified in product standards, optical cable line monitoring tail cables used for the above purposes shall comply with the provisions of this standard.
