- This standard applies to node clocks at all levels of my country's digital synchronization network. This standard specifies the timing characteristics such as frequency accuracy, jitter/drift, phase transient, phase discontinuity, and standby capability of the Level 1 reference clock, Level 2 node clock, and Level 3 node clock. Regarding the test method for the timing characteristics of the node slave clock, it is no longer specified in this standard. You can refer to the "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Digital Synchronization Network Independent Node Slave Clock Equipment". The test method for the level 1 reference clock will be specified separately after further study.
