- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, basic requirements, planning and construction, real estate registration, deployment and use, disposal and utilization, maintenance and transformation, and property management of the centralized and unified management of real estate in administrative institutions. This document applies to the centralized and unified management of real estate of administrative institutions by the affairs management departments at the provincial, municipal, and district (county) levels. The use and management of trade union property, funds and real estate allocated to trade unions by the state may be implemented with reference to this.
