This standard is applicable to the design, prefabrication, construction and acceptance of the petroleum asphalt outer anti-corrosion layer of buried steel pipelines whose transmission medium temperature does not exceed 80°C. Petroleum asphalt external anti-corrosion pipelines should not be laid underwater or in swamps and reed areas. The relevant industrial hygiene and environmental protection issues involved in the design, prefabrication and construction process of this standard should be in accordance with the "Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises" TJ 36, "Safety Regulations for Painting Operations" GB 7692 and "Safety of Pre-coating Treatment Processes" The safety regulations for painting operations shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB 7693: Ventilation and Purification of Pre-painting Treatment Processes.
