- This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety management in the design, construction, use, management, inspection, repair and modification of oil (gas) field oil and natural gas process pipelines and oil and gas transmission pipelines. This standard applies to steel oil and gas process pipelines and steel oil and gas pipelines in onshore oil (gas) fields, and includes pipeline accessories and safety protection devices.
