- This standard is applicable to the arc welding of steel oil and gas long-distance transportation, gathering transportation and other oil and gas pipelines with a wall thickness of 7mm~50mm using a fully automatic ultrasonic inspection system with multi-channel, acoustic focusing and zone scanning. Detection and quality assessment of fully automatic welding and semi-automatic welding. This standard is not applicable to the detection of girth welds of steel pipelines with a diameter less than 150mm.
