Scope

This standard stipulates the content and requirements for on-site production safety inspections of oil drilling teams, and also puts forward safety inspection requirements for other operations. This standard applies to on-site drilling teams focusing on oil and gas exploration and development on land, but does not apply to on-site drilling teams in oceans and lakes.
