Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of chlorine (Cl-) content in imported and exported fertilizers. This standard is applicable to the determination of chlorine content in potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, potassium sulfate, sodium nitrate (potassium), ammonium nitrate and other chemical fertilizers.
